How do I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are a made to order shop and we strive to start your project immediately. We cannot cancel custom projects after 24 hours.

Do you ship international?

Currently, we offer shipping within the Continental U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom and most of Europe.

The GK2 and GK3 Ultra are not available for internal shipping due to their size & weight.

If you are interested in a product, please contact us. We can quote you for international shipment.

International Shipping may be subject to Tax and Import Duties beyond our control. All 3d printed objects are listed as Scale Model Kits. It is paramount, you research your countries tax implications for all orders shipped outside the United States.
